Hey Paul, it's I nteresting what you are saying about dilution, in the last 12 months I have seen atlas iron do a capital raising (dilution) and the sp drop by half, due to the stock being worth nothing at the time and trying to keep its head above water. But I have also seen viralytics (an Australian pharma stock VLA) capital raise and the sp was higher than the 'dilution' price when it was issued.
I know with Bkn we needed the cash, but wouldn't the dilution already be priced in, hence the drop of more than 50% during the weeks after the AGM, and the dilution being approved.
There seems like a fair bit of confidence in where we are and commodities are currently, and I am wondering how bad it would be, especially if sp was well above $2 by June. (I don't think it will be).
I wonder if it's a mountain, mole hill scenario.
A question for anyone who can help me also. The asx 200/300 assessments, how often do they change who's in and who's out? Is there a time frame? Or is it a constantly evolving thing?
Thanks in advance.
All imho,
GLTAH
