We can only guess as to what has or will change the share price. Generally speaking though you must accept the market judges its current worth and should more shares be issued the price should drop accordingly.

Obviuosly though we need to consider how much the company is worth with the debt removed that will be converted to shares.

I was just making a point that not everyone wants the sp to stay low. The detail needs to be dissected thoroughly to work out what is best for the company that in the end is what will be best for shareholders.
