Hi arya, if your account holding is still under WSTRF (OTCQX) I suggest you make contact with comsec international to commence the process. My experience had no forms . The Comsec representative made the request directly for it to be changed to WUC (CSE) and it ended up taking about 1 week. I checked my account daily to confirm completion ( no notification or confirmation was given).
I also followed up with a call just to ensure all had been completed correctly and there was no other matters that needed to be addressed ( eg any special tax requirements ).
