    OKR has acquired the 51% rights to the Hansen Deposit from STB Minerals LLC
    ( WUC/BLR had the original rights which expired in 2017).
    WUC own the remaining 49% ( 24.5% economic/24.5% rights to acquire from NZ minerals)

    This acquisition provides some scale for OKR & would think on face value be positive for WUC (new partner to take project forward)
