Maybe, maybe not. Bottom-picking the market can be rewarding, can also be a quick way to ruins. I prefer to buy on the way back up, not as high potential profits but much better reward/risk ratio.
Still alot of pain ahead for the banks. US is still on a knife's edge and any fully blown recession will result in an effect on China's growth and a flow on effect everywhere else. May or may not happen, but smarter people than me have no idea what will eventuate.
Cash is king right now.
