Thanks Gan_Gans. It would be good to know what this possible Black Swan event/issue may be, but respect you holding back if necessary.

The only thing I could see as a negative was the whole excess bleeding possibility - the fact thats its a mild anticoagulant but I think they have it covered by the focusing on the right stratum and filtering out these sort of combinations in the patients they use in the trials ...they will come out later on and shouldnt be an issue as they can always be labeled as such ie warnings etc once fully tested AND the fact thats its a mild anticoagulant.
