As a long term shareholder, I hate to say this, but it is pointless hoping for another turn-around!
* Feb-Aug 2011 - Promises of information & investor Roadshows??
* Launch of applications, but no mention of sales??
* Jul 2011 - Earnings Guidance ($1M LOSS to $5M+ turnaround in 1.5yrs - Possible???)
* Roadshows promised again in August, instead we get a surprise Strategic Review that changes everything?? Strategic Reviews normally take weeks, if not months. Why promise Roadshows & the earnings guidance when a Strategic Review is underway??
* Loss making assets sold?? Did they get anything for them??
* CEO (that burns a lot of cash) & Directors resign??
* Now with FC off the Board, there's no hope of changing to Mining
* How long will JA hang around??
* Very low funds & continuing to issue shares for working capital??
* Legal claims against the vendors of the companies they bought?? Hopefully they included warranties and guarantees in the agreements. If so, they should easily win these battles (given the performance of the businesses bought)
I'm sorry I've held on for so long. Time to get out. Good luck if you stay on - you'll need plenty of it!
