Gold i think will continue to rise and reach $1600 come June 2010.
With all the increases in gold i dont feel many stocks have shared the growth at this stage.
I am and have been 90% in gold mining stocks for the last 6 months and will remain that way through till March 2010.
Some companies have had good increases due more to news then the strnghting gold price.
I feel the high gold price hasnt convinced everyone of its stability so created caution and not driven prices as much as it should have through the market.
Currently i would say there is about a 10% buffer so during the next month if gold continues on its path there should be some good gains made in companies that are minning.
The decrease of gold will see prices drop much faster. Increases that have resulted may be lost from any gold price turn around.
