Just seen a great Exclusive Interview with Greg Brown Chairman and CEO of Motorola Solutions talking on China and their methodology RRR. Rob,Replicate and Replace in regards to technology and IP.

10 Years ago they had 15,000 people in China / Malaysia they now have 50 slowly pulling out over the decade. The inventors of the first Mobile Phone now into Security in a huge way. They were flagged by their IT Dept years ago of huge data transfers over and above the trend by a large amount which started an investigation which led to identify the theft of IP / Code / Schematics.

Worries me in Darwin the China owned Port, we still have a register with large interested parties there and word is well out we are working with CSIRO and have one of the largest deposits in the world.
