    CSY (with its Sytech engine) looks dangerously close to being on the skids.

    2.0 cents today, with a new issue pending that costs 2.8 cents! Admittedly one option comes with each new share, but how much is that going to be worth?

    Why are companies greedy when they make new issues? Why not give shareholders such a bargain that they snap at it? Who is going to touch this new issue?
