I bought a few at $1.61 but glad I waited on the rest. I think it's a combination of the prospect of higher interest rates plus the inability of NSW to stamp out the outbreak and now we have another outbreak in Queensland today.
The message I keep hearing from NSW is "we don't want to stress people for a minute longer than we have to with lockdowns" but what about the constant anxiety associated with the ongoing cases?
The REITs were all heading steadily upwards until the pre-Christmas outbreaks. Otherwise I think VCX would be comfortably north of $1.60.
