    This is the website for CITIC's barge port at Cape Preston - looks like it's ready to go. Not sure of the ownership though it certainly sounds like a company asset.
    Can ship up to 140m tons per annum so IOH's 8-16mt would be a drop in the bucket.Click the 'News' at the top far right and then the newsletter - lots of info and pictures.
