I am sure they will have already teed up the Sophisticated Investors for the majority of capital raising, and some from existing shareholders. Kruzus is a good operator, and only 270 million shares currently. Some juniors in oil and gas sector have upwards of 2 and 3 billion shares, with no where near the potetial projects that EMR have.
