re: ceo-unicorp the chances of pmm getting access to the northern resources are very very good .the kings park botanical gardens have stated they can succesfuly propagate the native plant in question and replant the area at completion of mining .the state govt is already out $115 million dollars on the port and rail upgrade and stand to lose many millions each year in royalties .the esperance port authority have stated that they will be unprofitable if portman dont continue with the mining and shipping and will have to cut many jobs there are also a lot of small businesses in esperance that get considerable revenues indirectly from the koolyanobing mining operation .wesfarmers also stand to lose from the rail contract.so far the state govt has received 1100 signatures from residents and businesses in the esperance region supporting the portman expansion .the two local councils in kalgoorlie boulder and esperance are strongly in favoure of the project as well .most analysts are positive on a favourable outcome for pmm and are forecasting that the state government going against the epa reccomendations in favour of the economic and social benefits for the region.wrongway
