    Yes I agree

    I have felt for months that both companies (VRT and MVF) are undervalued. Both share prices basically reflecting an expectation of zero growth

    So great news for me that the share prices are increasing. But I was expecting to have to wait for some kind of catalyst, like for example some kind of growth in earnings. What has happened instead, is that both companies share prices have increased, MVF by around 25%, in a short period of time, with no news or announcements or material changes in prospects. Other than perhaps the election, which you could argue might be mildly positive in the medium to long term, particularly if house prices don't drop as much as they might have done under Labour.

    I am happy to have made a gain on paper. I would just like to know WHY
