After completing the first round of R.C. drilling in November 2008, RJU is awaiting assays from
several massive sulphide intersections obtained at various targets at Mt Goyder as previously
reported. The variation to the agreement now provides some certainty to the ability for RJU to
develop any new discovery and lifts Territory’s investment in Rum Jungle Uranium Limited to
the status of being a major shareholder of Rum Jungle Uranium Limited.
