Tipsheet recommendation: So initial "flurry spike" and possible pullback to more attractive buying levels. That seems to be the pattern with these things. I don't think the increase in the fuel excise will do this company any favours so selling into the spike (if one holds) and buying back at cheaper levels may be the go. I don't hold but would not be interested in acquiring until this is sub 40c ... maybe around the 36 - 35c level. Be interesting to see how this "event" plays out.
