But forgot to mention that in fact they actually needed to find 20% of this $6.5 bil or $1.3billion themselves for the funding to happen ?

All the penny dreadfulls that I know and some I own that are of similar market cap to PDY struggle to raise a couple of million dollars so how on earth was PDY ever going to raise $1.3billion ?

Simply astounding !
