    It seems like wait is all we can do.

    Buy back and SP keeps falling.
    Buy back means no major news to report, black out period.
    No major news and SP keeps falling.

    This seems like a vicious circle. When the buy back stops guess where the SP will do? Have a look at CFE when buy back stops.
