Just a reminder from the announcement on September 3, 2012 regarding SA Lotteries...
"In December 2011, Jumbo signed a five-year supply and marketing agreement with SA Lotteries. Jumbo also has agreements with the Tatts Group in Victoria and New South Wales that come up for renewal in 2013."
Jumbo has already launched their SA website.
Jumbo and TTS work together. Jumbo is a reseller of TTS lottery tickets and whilst their margins may be reduced if they compete for Internet customers, it is still a growing market with less than 10% penetration.
I would be very surprised if TTS went hostile towards JIN since they make money from every ticket JIN sells.
