That is an article which is written by a computer algorithm, and not a human. The writing of articles like this is probably triggered by technical aspects in the price of the shares. I wouldn't read into it much, it is more spam / clickbait than anything else.

If you look on the below link (a list of recent intecq news articles) there are 3 such automated news articles returning on the first page (two from Franklin Independent, and one from Stock Caller).
