With Merlin Mine, it is hand delivered to him at a cheap price (due to cheap take-over of NAD) plus CRA/Rio have had spent huge exploration monies on Merlin Mine and areas around and with these free-data base, JG can short-cut the exploration for diamonds in this ares. Yes - Diamond explorating is tricky but with Merlin Mine ares the risk is much reduced plus in the olden days of Strike Resources Ltd, they too have had spent huge exploartion monies at Seppelt Mine area. That's why I like NAD
