Looks like the new mgmt are laying the foundations for it to benefit from the full completion of the Oseil production.
Hopefully the cashflows from Phase 1 about to comefully on stream in April will be enough for it to make its obligations for Phases 2/3 self funding, therefore solving the capital expenditure amounts due that were causing it trouble.
This may then leave the Bula cashflow and the drilling rig cashflow free for others things or to further build up cash balances etc.
