I emailed Chris Kelleher inquiring how things were going. I will paraphrase his reply (received today) rather than post it (which may be inappropriate):

Essentially he said as you have that nothing is straightforward in these deals, and that TZL has options and can do well in a number of potential outcomes. They have the bases covered and they have good partners.

Its the same response that I have been getting for months and months. I presume he means they have good syndicate partners and or banking partners .. but I'm just guessing really. He never gives anything away!!
