Honestly Mark, I don't think the share price properly factors in even continued growth at the historical rate. At times of doubt my experience is that it is best to stick to cold hard logic and ignore the emotional undercurrents. Stay with the known facts and rational analysis and you will be right far more often than you will be wrong.
Of course there are unknowns with fragile monetary conditions and unpredictable political scenarios but there is no good way to take those into account. Maybe the world will go to hell in a handcart, but in the meantime its best to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
Logic tells me that the upcoming trials will be good for Sirtex, and based on that I believe that growth of 20%pa will continue for the next few years at least. It won't bring about any step change in use of SIRT, because these results will take time to feed through the system. But there won't be any lack of demand or decrease in the growth rate either.
