Sadly I can't see next week being the week either. For some unexplained reason this announcment is just another "what was meant to happen this week will now happen next week", and it looks as though the cold weather is setting in again, with averages of about -15c for the next 7 days. So expect a further annoucment next week about the flow back being due to take place the following week.
