    This makes SDL the obvious partner with Vale or whoever to win the Belinga Deal based on its proposed rail and port infrastructure and the environmental concerns raised in building a separate rail and port for the Belinga project.
    This should also enhance SDL position with regards to its potential funding/offtake partners for Mbalam/Nabeba project.
