2 cents will develop into a high point in resistance. If the SP breaks past this level, the next point will be 2.2, then it's in the vicinity of 2.7/2.8 me thinks..
I won't make any comments about the further levels until/unless these ones are achieved. Otherwise I'd consider it as a ramp.
