    This has to be the cheapest African oil play out there.

    The majors are scrambling for ground in East Africa. These guys will get a farm out in no time.

    Cash coming from BHP will last longer than people think as they won't be spending much more after the seismic is complete.

    Don't expect a discounted cap raising from these guys.

    2.4 Bil Barrel target - on shore - East Africa.

    I would be amazed if this does grab traders attention very soon.

    Look at FAR and PCL.

    This thing could be 3c quite easily.
