Magna took two placements, one of 13m shares at 25 cents, (April) and one of 16m shares at 40.8 cents. (November)
Magna's average cost is 33.7 cents per share. So he is already sitting on a gain of 70%.
About 50% of the company is held by directors interests, and Magna, leaving only around 70m shares for free trade. So a volume of 1m in a day is pretty strong volume.
