Stents get blocked with time & drops have poor compliance. Stents are classified as MIGS & have been around for ages so will obviously initially outsell itrack advance which is a relatively new product, but that will change when more surgeons are trained to use it and see the benefits.
Itrack advance can also be used where stents have failed or are not reducing the pressure enough.
