What I found of particular importance, even though on first look does not appear to be very significant, is this part....

Why? One may ask....
Well, the fact that the Phase II Trial will be completed -AS SCHEDULED- by October's end, is a clear indication that EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL And (Perhaps) ABOVE Expectations!!!!......
