Down ramping, at least on Hotcopper, and for this stock, doesn't happen. The vast amounts of posts are positive.

There is no shadowy cabal.

If you're going to continue in this vein, please post an example of when, how and why this has happened with PAB. As I'm not terribly bright, make it in simple language without the spurious capitlisation.
