    GJ has bought time. Confident tonnage export will commence early to mid 2015 and not late 2014 now. So much going on with cross interests jockeying to maximize best outcomes. Central to solution is not off-take but mix of pvte/govt stakeholders vis-a-vis port/rail. Yep...am quite content to watch the egg hatch.
