IMHO, Lynas appears to be on track if not ahead of schedule to meet the July 2023 deadline imposed by Malaysia to feed MAL LAMP from KAL C&L.
The evidence to date is slim because they have never announced a timetable and milestones, but Lynas recently posted a plant manager opening indicating "feed on" by EOY 2022, implying KAL commissioning operations will commence ~six months in advance of deadline. I do not know whether six months is generous, adequate or last-minute, but I trust Amanda's operational competence.
