First NC was totally incompetent when it came to do what was correct in starting Lamp. The whole lamp depending what you call construction finish to first product was almost 5 years. I do no count 100 T REE product in a Q as running. They had lots of plumbing problems Pipes clogging or corroding or expanding and cracking.

The kilns with Lamp went through a cold sand phase then sand testing at progressively higher temps Then wet sand. and Wet sand with solvents. Finally first REE concentrate Feed. Is all this necessary? I do not know. I think problems are easier to fix if system is not full of Acid. I think 6 months is doable if only small problems. The Kilns at Lamp are much smaller and I know it takes over a week to cool or heat them to keep expansion under control. that is why they have always run on 2 with one hot standby. This is bigger, I assume. but do not know, that it will be longer. Remember the Lamp license renewal is March 2023 and they have to demonstrate at that time that KAL will be ready for June. However the new government in Malasia is friendly so unless the government changes again extensions should be much easier. We will see. I also assume a Malaysian team will be starting this Kiln up and training new personal and the manager.
