@mogga - NOW you're talking - I totally agree! I am now a bit bigger than when I was young, but not fat. I cannot understand how people can even move when they're overweight! I use sugar like any other spice, sparingly, except when i make the odd cake, but have reduced the sugar in the original recipes by half.
