I have spoken to the company about it quite a while ago now ... the drainage sump for some reason wasn't set low enough to drain one of the seams with laterals ... thats a bummer.
However, I was assured the well was "cased off" (or whatever) and that when funds were available the sump can be deepened and the well test can be completed.
If true it is test well interuptus not test well dysfunction lol.
Frustrating though.
