Energy costs may be currently lower but currently does not matter when the futures are put into consideration. ORG is being woofed down because it is very cheap IMHO.
The SPP is a long historical bow to draw as a factor. ORG's capital is a function of oil price, LNG, upstream and downstream businesses and of course the Lattice sale.
We will be talking about BG next (it is now part of Royal Dutch Shell) and other things but historically referencing a SPP as a cause of dilution and SP lowballing is historic and inapplicable to the current environment.
