    This is a 'cross match' price (discussed here already today if you check earlier posts). The amount of Buyers bids outweigh the Sellers so if BIT opened right now Sellers would get .13c even if their order is for sale at 10c. If that 500,000 seller at 11.5c moves his order away then the cross match price would likely be much higher - hope he does that before Monday lol.
