Yeah mate, i'm with @Sheps1 on this.

You don't neccesarily need volume to manipulate, thats just a particular type of manipulation. Low volume strategies can include front running orders, capping, closing auction pip ups and downs, moving "big orders" around the stack to make the buy/sell depth look "scary".... don't need much volume to achieve any of these.

I too have had orders front run on VRX many a time and recently.... not this morning oddly.

That said, we are just drifting here.....but you'd need to test the hypothesis by buying up the 14c-15c lines and see if they get "magically" reloaded.... which i suspect they will, which would then suggest "drift by design" .
