They were going to get 10% of the company pre Cobalt IPO .. meaning they would have basically got that for free. Their loss but IMO our gain as its worth a heck of alot more than a few mill. IMO the other Chinese company will take the opportunity take their deal off the table.
IMO I see strong support for the IPO and thats why they didn't announce it b4 they got the money ... smart move MTC thanks for not falling into a trap.
