PTO Consolidated, a Perth-based company that installs and operated digital photo booths has announced three departures and three arrivals to its board with lawyer Peter Wall taking up the post of non-executive chairman. Dentist, publisher and corporate advisor Brendan De Kauwe becomes a non-executive director as does Michael Davy. Davy is a CPA who has spent the past six years in the resources sector having worked most recently for phosphate explorer Minbos Resources and prior to that he was the Australian head of finance for a Norwegian-listed oil and gas drilling company. He also owns more than one private company. Financial controller Lisa Wynne was appointed as company secretary.
