1. only one of the founders sold 1/3 of his shares the other one is still all in - after 8 years they deserve to see some return their investment.
2. integration - onboarding small merchants take few hours but when it comes to integrating into google it's much more complicated and can take - 1 to 3 months - why ? it's not just being placed on the checkout page - it requires also the back-office system to be connected especially the financial one since on one hand the shopper, is paying in installments, and on the other hand google needs to close the sell in the system as a full payment sell. to make the long story short you are welcome to read some of my previous answers and you will find a full explanation there.
3. all those who forgot SPT share price was 20c less than a year ago and jumped to 1.89 6 months ago - where are all those who did 10x on their investment? even at $1 you still at X5 on your investment.
4. announcements - 2 amazing announcement - Goldman and FY20 results came out on a bad timing - only those 2 should bring SPT to above $2 - but S..... happen


SPT is just in the beginning - it's a place for long term investors -IMO in 2-3 years SPT SP will be above $5
