Markets are a joke. The destruction of value for no good reason other than to reward a small coterie of inside, short-sighted reprobates is heinous to say the least. There needs to be regulatory change. Transparency needs to be increased. All stock loaned out should be made known to identify lenders. All transactors - buying, selling, shorting - should be revealed for each trade.
