    ....announcement of capital raising will be out this morning for sure, it is against ASX rules that you will announce and preach the announcement to the public in London prior than doing so where your company trades.

    Also it might be followed by further drilling results, if that is not announced today, it will be tomorrow for sure.

    Now .....just wait for 9.53am, the usual time for the announcement......that simple.
