I am new to investing and am watching ATN closely as a way to learn.

Would one expect the share price to increase (generally) upon an announcement of the rig ready to commence drilling?

Or the market already expects the rig to arrive and commence drilling so this would not affect the shareprice?

Obviously drill results would affect the share price.
