I agree with all your comments. I will, though, wait for a Technical "buy" signal.
I am currently holding. The reading that I have done is indicating that the Sept to Dec qtr could see the low in the oil price.
If oil gets to $80 then WPL may be around $40.
Now that would be good value !!!!!!
