Thanks for clarification on the NAV.
My concern is BBI ability to meet interest payments. What is the income generated out of this collective?
I should probably go back and look at earlier threads however I will ask anyway. What level of debt does BBI need to get down to in say the next 6 months to be deemed acceptable in this climate? How marketable are their assets in this down market?
You say DBCT will attract buyers above book value. What is the current book value? Where are buyers going to get what I assume is a larger amount of funding to purchase?
