Despite what the media would like you to believe, there is ENORMOUS cash out of Asia and even in Australia for quality assets. Look at what QIC just paid for 50% of Powerco.
BBI sold 50% of JUST ONE asset and received net cash after debt of 15c per BBI share.

Read that again: BBI received 15c per share for 50% of ONE asset. The entire portfolio of assets trades at 2.8c.
